Terms and conditions:

1. MedRation Membership Program is the marketing program (“Program”) offered by MedRation store(s).
2. The validity of the Membership (“Term”) will be as per the plan selected and enrolled by the customer (“Member”).
3. The discounts and cashbacks offered under the Program shall be applied at the time of payment checkout by the Member.

5. The offerings under the Subscription will differ with the different categories as may be selected by the Member.
6. The Subscription is non-transferable.
7. The mobile number of the members is the primary identification for benefits charted under subscription plan.
8. For minors upto age 18 they can be billed under current membership of first parents.
9. The MedRation Subscription is open to Indian citizens with a valid Indian mobile number only.

10. MedRation reserves the right to add, alter, amend, modify and revise the aforesaid terms and conditions at any time and in its sole discretion without prior notice, intimation and permission.
11. Benefits and offers available through the Program may be changed or can be withdrawn/discontinued (either temporarily or permanently) without prior notice, intimation or permission. Customer agrees that MedRation will not be responsible or liable, in any manner, for any liability, losses, damages, injuries or expenses incurred by the Customer, arising from such change or withdrawal or use of such offers. 

12. The Subscription cannot be cancelled by the Member and the Member is not eligible for refund and cancellation of the fees. In special circumstances, the request for cancellation may be considered by the management on case-to-case basis and the fees may be refunded to the Member in sole discretion of the management.
13. Any disputes arising out of the Subscription shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal action or proceedings related to this Subscription shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune.
14. All Medicines dispensed only against valid prescriptions presented at time of order.
15. Dispensing of Medicines will be at full decision of Pharmacist on duty at MedRation partner Store(s) subject to laws of Drugs and Cosmetics Act.
16. Assured Discounts not applicable on Cold Storage, Schedule H1 & Schedule X medicines, OTC and FMCG. Discounts will be variable based
on viability.
17. All benefits only for Valid Memberships
18. Fulfilment would be 100% only on valid prescription issued by your doctor.
19. For medicines which are on short supply or non-availability from manufacturer patient would have to choose from alternatives as suggested by our pharmacists after communication with your doctor.
20. Invoice will be raised only in Name of patient mentioned on Prescription.
21. In the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the Pharmaceutical Good(s), MedRation store(s) reserves the right to pursue necessary legal actions against You and You will be solely liable for all costs incurred by MedRation store(s) in this regard.

22. As part of the registration/Subscription process, MedRation may collect the following categories of Personal Information from the Users (hereinafter collectively referred to as “User Information”):

 – Name;
– User ID;
– Email address;
– Address (including country and ZIP/postal code);
– Gender;
– Date Of Birth
– Age;
– Phone Number;
– Valid financial account information; and
– Other details as the User may volunteer.
23. If any provision of these Terms and conditions is deemed invalid, unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining terms. 

 Earning MedRation Coins:

•  Earning of MedRation coins is as entitled under the plan chosen by the customer.
•  The mobile number of the members is the primary identification for earning MedRation Coins basis transaction at MedRation store(s).
•  MedRation Coins will be earned on the purchase value excluding taxes and statutory levies.
•  The MedRation Coins earned would be valid for 24 months from the date of credit of MedRation Coins. If not spent within 24 months from
  the date of credit of MedRation Coins, such MedRation Coins shall automatically lapse and will not be re-credited in any event.
•  MedRation and MedRation Store(s) reserves the right to change the method of computation of MedRation Coins on purchases at any point
  to reflect changing market conditions without any notice.
• MedRation Coins are stored in the member account.
