Refund and Return policy:


With MedRation we do our best to fulfill your order in righteous manner with correct and eligible items and we are happy to issue full refund based on


conditions listed below:

  •  Product(s) delivered beyond 72 hours of estimated time of delivery.
  •  Product(s) delivered do not match the order.
  •  Product(s) delivered in damage conditions against the proof provided.
  •  Product(s) delivered in original packaging i.e with labels, barcode, price tag serial number etc. within unused state.
  •  Product(s) delivered are past or near to its expiry date, provided further those medicines with an expiry date of less than 03 months shall be considered as near expiry;
  •  Produc(s) missing from your order.

We understand that there may arise circumstances leading you to return product(s)which are not defective. In these cases, we allow returns of product(s) only within 7 days of receipt or delivery and if found in unused and original packaging after deducting 20% of restocking charges. We also understand that doctors may change medications from time to time where after verifying new prescription of your doctor we may wave off 20% of restocking charges and initiate full refund in customer’s credits which can be redeemed further in other purchases without any conditions.

Exceptions to Return Policies:

  •  Cold storage items, injectables, FMCG, OTC medicines, special order products and for products which may present hygienic concerns
    such as needles and syringes.
  •  Injections, Health Monitor & Equipment and Ortho Support.
  •  Baby Care, Personal Care, Sexual Wellness, Ayurvedic Products, Vitamin and Mineral Supplements, Food Products,
  •  Food and Nutrition: Health Drinks, Health Supplements
  •  Healthcare Devices: Glucometer Lancet/Strip, Healthcare Devices and Kits, Surgical, Health Monitors
